LNT-500 TABLET FORM

Tablet Form consecutive numbers are printed on the highest quality
pessure sensitive material. Stock is especially suited for the tough demands
to the busy medical laboratory, hospital or clinic. It holds tight on small or
large diameter tubes and containers, without flagging, at temperatures
from -50° to 160°F. These 1/2" x 1 1/4" round-corner labels are supplied
on sheets of up to 50 sheets per tablet. Each sheet can be printed with
as many numbers as desired. Any color ink can be supplied upon request;
however, black will be used unless otherwise specified. Colored backgrounds
are also available at a small additional cost. (See price sheet) A standard
NO. prefix is used, but you may specify any three character letter or
number prefix or request labels without a prefix, at no additional cost.
Should your label require additional printing, this can be supplied at a
small additional cost.

Tablet form numbers come standard with 50 sheets per tablet.

LNR-600; ROLL FORM

Roll Form consecutive numbers follow the same
specifications as the tablet numbers exept they are
supplied in continuos rolls with vertical and horizontal
perforations between each label. A standard 1" core
is used with a 3" core available upon request.
