Patient Charge/Inventory Control Labels (Tabletop Imprinter Labels)

Use these patient charge labels with your Monarch 1501 or Hamilton iii tabletop imprinter. They are produced on a smudgeproof piggyback stock with a permanent adhesive. Each label measures 3/4” x 1 3/8”. Stocked for immediate delivery. When order, please use the basic catalog number followed by the number of color desired; i.e., green labels would be order with catalog number PXB-03.
